Sorry I haven't posted FOREVER! We have been sooo busy, but things have slowed down a bit. We just got through finishing our basement, boy that was a messy job. I was the subcontractor on it, so I got all of the bids and arranged the timing and it was done in about 3 months. We moved Skylie and Emma down there and they love it. I was a little nervous moving them down because we are 2 floors up, but it has been ok. Here are some pictures of the final thing:
Theater room

Playroom cabin. We had to do something for both girls and boys. My mom made the little curtians and the cabin goes up under the stairs and to the other side of the basement. The girls LOVE it.

Full bathroom. We also have a 1/2 bath that I didn't put on here.

Tunnel hallway. I saw this in a parade house and knew I wanted to do that someday in my house.

Emma's room. She insisted on a blue room, so I tried to make it as girly as I could. We are still looking for Nic Naks that will go with blue.

Entering family room

We were able to fit a full service kitchen down here so it is ready to cook anything.

Skylie's room. Her's was much easier to decorate because she only wanted pink in her room.

Cade is 9 1/2 mo. now. We just turned him around in his car seat. I know he is only 9 mo. but he is almost 23 lbs. and didn't fit rear facing anymore. He loves facing forward, now he can watch the movies and look at everyone too.
He has had Hand, foot and Mouth disease the last couple of days, so we have not got any sleep. He has blisters down his throat and all over his tounge. He is up about every 2-3 hrs. screaming. He is starving, but it hurts to eat. Don't ask me how he got this, probably from a shopping cart or something.

Today was conference and we just hung out at home. We baked a cake for dessert and decided that it would be Jesus's birthday cake because today is his birthday. Last night the girls got babysitters went to Chili's while the guys were at priesthood session, then we came back and watched I Am Legend. Tiffany was scared the whole time, and if any of you watch movies with my mom, you know a scary part is coming because she starts gasping and screaming. It was a blast.

Well you all probably know I got my Thyroid out last week. It is healing up nicely and hopefully within a year or so, you will never be able to tell a scar is there. I would show you but it is kinda gross. Well that has been our life the past 2 mo. in a nut shell. I will get back when there is something exciting to post.
